  • 3 Baby pineapple
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sriracha sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 0,5 Lime (the juice)

Directions

    Cut the pineapple with stalk into 4 large slices. Mix the Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, honey and lime juice.

    Grate the pineapple slices in the grill pan for about 5 minutes one after the other. Always brush with the marinade in between. Pineapple on a plate
