Hot rum and mint chocolate

Ingredients

  • 800 ml Milk
  • 5-6 Tsp Cocoa powder
  • 16 Mint tablets
  • 4 TABLESPOONS brown rum
  • 125 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Stir about 7 tablespoons of milk and cocoa until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk and stir in the cocoa. Add mint bars to the cocoa and stir until dissolved. Stir in rum. Whip the cream until stiff and fill into a piping bag with star-shaped spout.

    Pour hot chocolate into four glasses and squirt the cream on top.
