Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Peel and chop the onion. Cut bacon into strips. Wash the fillets, dab dry and fry in 1 tbsp. hot oil for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Take out.
Fry the bacon in a hot pan until crispy. Take it out. Fry the mushrooms and onion in 1 tbsp. hot oil. Season everything with oregano, salt and pepper. Mix in bacon. Stir in cream and fruit brandy and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Grate cheese. Cut the meat.
At the table, spread chicken strips and mushroom cream in the pans. Sprinkle with cheese and bake under the hot grill.
