Clean and wash the radishes and cut them into fine sticks. Wash and clean the cucumber. Slice off a few thin slices and put aside. Grate the rest of the cucumber roughly.
Wash the potatoes and cook covered in plenty of water for about 20 minutes.
Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop finely except for a little. Stir curd and yoghurt until smooth. Peel the garlic and press it directly into the mixture. Stir in radishes, grated cucumber and herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Boil eggs hard in about 8 minutes. Drain potatoes and eggs, rinse with cold water and peel. Arrange everything and garnish with cucumber slices and the rest of the herbs.
