Ingredients

  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Pear
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Fruit brandy
  • 250 g Camembert (60 % fat)
  • 100 g Double cream cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Chop the walnut kernels and roast them in a pan without fat. Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash, quarter, core and finely dice the pear. Drizzle with fruit brandy.

    Finely dice the camembert. Knead camembert and double cream cheese thoroughly with a fork. Stir in prepared ingredients. Season to taste with honey and salt.
