Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, drain the peppers on a sieve. Peel the garlic. Grate the parmesan. Puree the paprika, garlic, almonds, parmesan and olive oil with a blender, season with salt and pepper. Clean, wash and slice the spring onions diagonally.
Clean and wash the salad and cut it into strips from the stalk. Drain the mozzarella and cut the mortadella into approx. 3 cm wide strips. Drain the pasta and rinse in cold water. Mix the prepared salad ingredients. Arrange on a plate and pour the pesto on top
