Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel garlic and chop very finely. Heat the oil in a pan and crumble the minced meat finely. Fry well while turning. Add onion and garlic, fry briefly.
Add the tomato paste, sweat it, season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Dust with flour, sweat on, deglaze with broth and cream, bring to the boil, simmer for 1-2 minutes. Season again with salt, paprika and pepper. In the meantime prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Coarsely grate the cheese.
Pour the pasta into a sieve, quench briefly, drain well. Mix the noodles with the minced sauce, heat up again briefly. Arrange on plates, sprinkled with parsley and parmesan.
