Wash, halve and stone the peaches. Cut the peaches into small pieces. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Boil up ketchup with peaches, onion, garlic, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon and paprika powder in a pot. Simmer open for about 30 minutes, stirring several times.
Finely puree the ketchup with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour hot into prepared clean bottles or glasses (500 ml each) and close them well. Store in a cool and dark place. Shelf life approx. 3 months.
