Pear slice with Roquefort quark and walnuts

  • 1 Pear
  • 20 g Roquefort cheese
  • 30 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Walnut halves
  • 1 Chervil stalk

Directions

    Wash the pear and cut off a nice slice. Cut Roquefort into rough cubes and mix with quark. Season Roquefort quark mixture with salt and pepper and put it on the pear.

    Coarsely chop the walnuts and sprinkle over them. Garnish with chervil.
