Ingredients

  • 360 g Flour
  • 42 g Yeast ( = 1 packs )
  • 4 pinch(es) Salt
  • 2 tablespoon of oil
  • 240 ml tepid milk
  • 400 g Pizza - tomatoes ( = 1 can )
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Pour flour into a bowl, make a hollow in the middle, add yeast in the hollow. Add salt and oil and pour warm milk over it. Knead the dough until smooth, roll out and place on a greased baking tray.

    Place in the oven at 200°C until the cheese is slightly brown. Mozzarella is best suited for this.
