Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Peel and slice the onion. Wash thyme, shake dry, pluck leaves from stem and chop
Cook the beans in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the potatoes for about 10 minutes while turning. Drain beans and let them drain. Add onion, ham, beans and thyme and fry for another 3 minutes. Crumble feta on top
