Rocket salad with tongue aspic

Ingredients

  • 100 g Rocket
  • 4 (240 g) Tomatoes
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 4 (approx. 240 g) thick slices of delicatessen pork tongue in aspic
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Sort and wash the rocket. Wash and halve the tomatoes and cut out the stalks. Cut tomatoes into slices. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Cut pork tongue in aspic into strips of about 5 cm.

    Wash chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Whip oil under it. Stir in chive rolls. Arrange the salad ingredients on 4 plates and pour the marinade over them
