Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Lettuce (e.g. Batavia)
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Corn grains
  • 1/2 (approx. 1 kg) Watermelon
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 150-200 g cooked
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ham
  • 1 TABLESPOON Fresh cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, some sugar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • some stem(s) Chervil,
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tarragon and chives

Directions

    Clean and wash the salad and tear it into pieces. Drain the corn. Cut the melon into slices, remove the flesh from the skin, possibly remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Wash the cucumber and slice thinly. Dice ham

    Mix crème fraîche, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in the oil. Wash the herbs, cut finely and stir into the dressing. Arrange the salad ingredients with the dressing on a plate

    Drink: cool wine spritzer
