Salad with nectarines, rocket and turkey

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 TABLESPOONS thickened cranberries (glass)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Nectarines
  • 50 g Rocket
  • 100 g Picking salad

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the meat for approx. 4 minutes while turning it. Season with salt and pepper. For the sauce, peel the shallot and cut into fine cubes.

    Mix cranberries and vinegar and add 4 tablespoons of oil drop by drop while stirring. Stir in shallot and season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash, clean and slice the cucumber. Wash the nectarines and cut them from the stone in thin slices.

    Wash and clean the rocket and salad, shake dry. Pluck the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Mix ingredients carefully, arrange and sprinkle with dressing. Bread tastes good with it.
