Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Wash cutlets, dab dry, cut in half crosswise and fry in hot oil on each side for approx. 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove.
Cut the cheese into slices. Wash and slice the pear, removing the core. Heat butter in a frying pan. Steam the pear for about 2 minutes. Place in an ovenproof dish, place the schnitzel and cheese on top.
Bake in a hot oven for 5-7 minutes. Serve with cranberries.
