Semolina noodles with cherries

Ingredients

  • 1 glass (720 ml) Sour cherries
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 package Sauce powder "Vanilla flavor
  • 375 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 tablespoons (45 g) Semolina
  • 2 tablespoons (25 g) Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS coffee liqueur
  • 2 Ladyfingers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and mocha beans

Directions

    Drain the cherries and collect the juice. Mix 5 tablespoons cherry juice, vanillin sugar and sauce powder until smooth. Bring the remaining cherry juice to the boil. Stir in the sauce powder and bring to the boil again. Fold in the cherries. Let the compote cool down

    Bring milk and salt to the boil. Stir in semolina, sugar and liqueur. Leave to swell for 2-3 minutes at low heat, stirring occasionally. Let cool down

    Finely crumble the lady fingers. From the semolina with

    Remove 2 moistened tablespoons of the cams. Arrange with the cherries on plates. Sprinkle with sponge crumbs. Decorate as you like with mint and mocka beans
