Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into florets. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Season with salt. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat for about 4 minutes while turning. Add broccoli and tomatoes. Deglaze with cream, bring to the boil and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta, drain well and put it back into the pot. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop coarsely. Fold parsley under the noodles and arrange on plates.
