Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Gouda cheese
  • 2 packages (500 g each) fresh egg spaetzle (refrigerated shelf)
  • 300 g frozen peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Cut the ham into strips. Peel and chop onion. Grate cheese roughly. Mix spaetzle, ham, onion and peas, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and put into greased ramekins. Sprinkle with cheese

    Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 20 minutes
