Peel and chop the shallot. Cut the meat into very small pieces. Mix shallots, chicken, cream cheese and turmeric with a fork until a spreadable "paste" is formed.
Wash the coriander, shake dry and finely chop the upper 1/3 of the stems. Stir 2/3 of the coriander into the chicken cream, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the chicken cream and sprinkle with the remaining coriander.
Baguette tastes good with it.
