Melt the butter. Coarsely crumble the pretzels in the universal shredder or with your hands. Mix with 1 tbsp. sugar, 1⁄2 tsp. cinnamon and butter, set aside.
Wash and clean the strawberries and mix with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Whip the sour cream, 3 tbsp. sugar and vanilla sugar in a high mixing bowl with the whisks of the mixer. Stir sour cream until smooth and fold into the sour cream.
Layer cream, strawberries and pretzel mix alternately in six glasses. Keep cool until serving.
