Wash the chicken filet, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for ten minutes at medium heat, turning occasionally. Wash and slice the tomato.
Clean, wash and drain the rocket. Clean and wash spring onion and cut into fine rings. Take out chicken filet and cut into slices. Unfold toast rolls and toast.
Spread the toast with cream cheese. Place tomatoes, rocket, chicken filet and spring onion on top. Sprinkle with coloured pepper.
