Tomato salad with tuna sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 can(s) (200 g) Tuna in own juice
  • 50 g Capers (a. d. glass)
  • 3 tablespoons (50 g) light salad cream
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 6 (approx. 750 g) firm beef tomatoes
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 baby onion
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 200 g Turkey cold cuts

Directions

    Drain the tuna and capers. Finely puree the tuna, capers, salad cream and yoghurt. Season everything with salt, cayenne pepper, sugar and vinegar and chill

    Wash the tomatoes and cucumber. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces. Halve cucumber lengthwise, cut into slices. Peel and chop onion. Wash parsley and chop roughly

    Mix tomatoes, cucumber, onion and tuna sauce, season again. Serve with turkey cold cuts and sprinkle with parsley
