Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pineapple (about 1,2 kg)
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 350 g Blackberries
  • 100 g black olives (without stone)
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 250 g Paprika salami in slices
  • 1 big watermelon
  • 48 long wooden skewers

Directions

    For the fruit skewers, peel and quarter the pineapple and remove the woody stalk. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Wash the blackberries, drain. Put 2 blackberries, strawberry quarters and pineapple pieces each on 24 wooden skewers.

    For the hearty skewers, drain the olives. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Put 3 olives, salami and pepper pieces on 24 skewers, folding the salami slices twice.

    About 1⁄3 cut off the watermelon. Place on a large plate with the cut side down. Put skewers on the melon. Sour cream with brown sugar tastes good with the fruit skewers.
