For the hearty skewers, drain the olives. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Put 3 olives, salami and pepper pieces on 24 skewers, folding the salami slices twice.
About 1⁄3 cut off the watermelon. Place on a large plate with the cut side down. Put skewers on the melon. Sour cream with brown sugar tastes good with the fruit skewers.
