Vegetables in mustard sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 150 g Potatoes
  • 250 g Carrots
  • 250 g Broccoli
  • 1 tsp (5 g) butter/margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons (50 g) Lean yoghurt
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Sesame

Directions

    Peel potatoes and carrots, clean broccoli. Wash and chop everything

    Fry the potatoes in hot fat, season with salt and pepper. Cook with 150 ml water for about 15 minutes. After 5 minutes add vegetables

    Remove the potatoes and vegetables. Reduce the stock a little. Stir in mustard and yoghurt. Add vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds
