Wash the asparagus, cut off the woody ends. Halve the stems lengthwise and cut into pieces. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into short strips. Clean, wash and shake the salad dry
Remove bacon from the pan. Fry the asparagus and peppers in the bacon fat for approx. 5 minutes while turning. Deglaze with stock, bring to the boil and loosen the frying set. Season to taste with vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar. Drain potatoes, cut in half. Add vegetables, bacon and potatoes to the pan and toss in the sauce. Arrange prepared ingredients in plates
