Melt the white chocolate coating in a hot water bath.
Whisk QimiQ smooth. Add the melted chocolate coating, 40g coconut flakes and coconut liqueur and mix well
Cool the mass for 2 hours until it is firm and malleable. Use a teaspoon to cut off a small amount of the mixture, shape into a ball with slightly damp hands and roll in the remaining coconut flakes.
Keep the coconut truffles in the refrigerator.
