Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt, oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Peel and halve the eggs. Arrange salad, dressing, 3 egg halves and anchovies on plates. Cut cress from the bed and sprinkle over the salad
