Wash the potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse cold, peel and cut into thick slices. Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Melt the fat and spread it on the potatoes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for 5-10 minutes. In the meantime, wash the chicory, lettuce, sprouts and tomatoes.
Cut tomatoes into slices. Mix vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix salad ingredients and marinade. Arrange with the potatoes and serve
