Coloured tortellini salad

Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh tortellini with meat filling (fresh sealed)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g fine Mettwurst in one piece
  • 1 can(s) (210 ml, 185 g, 150 g) Tuna in its own juice
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Directions

    Cook the tortellini in plenty of boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain. Let the tortellini cool down. Clean and wash spring onions. Cut spring onions into rings, except for something to garnish. Dice the white of the spring onions. Clean, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.

    Cut the sausage first into thicker slices, then into strips. Drain the tuna. Mix oil, lemon juice and vinegar. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Finely chop the tuna with a fork. Add tuna and spring onion white to the vinaigrette. Mix all ingredients with the tuna vinaigrette and let it stand for about 30 minutes
