Hearty strawberry salad with balsamic cream

Ingredients

  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 100 g Frisée salad
  • 2 tablespoons (10 g each) light balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 2 discs (10 g each) Parma ham
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Parmesan slicer
  • 7-10 Tbsp Balsamico-Saus
  • 2 discs (15 g each) Baguette bread

Directions

    Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Clean, wash and cut the salad into pieces. Mix vinegar, 3 tablespoons of water, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil. Cut Parma ham into pieces.

    Mix strawberries, frisée salad and marinade and arrange on a plate. Spread the ham on top. Drizzle with balsamic sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan. Add bread.
