Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut into slices and dab dry. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the potato wedges for approx. 15 minutes at medium heat, turning them over. Season with salt and pepper. After 5 minutes add the bratwurst. Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash and clean the tomato and cut into fine pieces.
Put onion, tomato and 5 tablespoons of water in a pot, bring to the boil. Add ketchup, season with salt and pepper and puree. Season with oregano. Arrange sausage with tomato sauce in a bowl, dust with curry. Garnish with tomato wedges and oregano. Serve with the potato wedges
