Pasta with light bolognese sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 collar Soup greens (approx. 150 g)
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 TEASPOON Olive oil
  • 50 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Tomato paste
  • 100 g Tomatoes (canned)
  • 50 g Spaghetti
  • 10 g sliced parmesan cheese

Directions

    Soup greens clean or peel, wash and cut into very small cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash thyme, shake dry, remove leaves from the stems

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the minced meat for about 10 minutes. After about 7 minutes add the prepared vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and thyme, except for something to sprinkle on the vegetables. Stir in tomato paste and sweat for another 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and chop them coarsely with a spatula. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 15 minutes

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the noodles into a colander and return to the pot. Add sauce and fold in. Arrange on a plate. Sprinkle with parmesan
