Drain the tangerines, collecting the juice. Measure out 100 ml of juice. Puree 1/3 of the mandarins in it. Fold in the rest of the tangerines
Stir cream cheese, quark, milk, lemon juice and vanillin sugar until smooth. Season to taste with icing sugar
Place one wafer on each dessert plate and spread 1/4 of the cream on top. Cover with one waffle each. Spread some tangerine sauce around the waffle sandwiches. Decorate with mint if desired. Add the rest of the sauce
